Returns & Refunds - Hopefully you love everything but just incase...

The (Very Fair) Fine Print

For dated products (like our planners), all sales are final—because, well, time waits for no one. If something isn’t right with your dated planner, you’ve got 30 days to let us know and we’ll happily work out a solution. We want you to LOVE your Clean Slate Emporium product.

For undated products, as long as they’re in pristine, untouched condition (no coffee stains, no dog-eared pages from late-night planning sessions), you have 30 days to return or exchange.

Sale items? Consider them forever yours. No take-backs.

And just a heads-up—shipping costs are non-refundable because, sadly, we don’t control the postal service.

Local pick-up? Let's chat.

Local Pick-Up – Because We Love a Personal Touch

Want to skip the wait and collect your order in person? We can't make any promises, but we'll definitely try. Just let us know before you purchase so we can arrange it. I’ve even been known to personally drop off orders and wrap a last-minute gift for a desperate husband two days before Christmas. We’re here to help and make things happen – just give us a heads-up!

Shipping & Processing – The juicy details.

Standard orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and start at £3.90 (estimated 2–3 business days once dispatched).

🚚 FREE UK SHIPPING on orders over £120! International shipping is available. Please get in touch with us if you would like an estimate.

We do our best to get your order to you quickly but once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of the delivery gods. Delays can happen, especially around the holidays, so we always recommend ordering early. If you're wondering where your parcel is, your local delivery office is usually the best place to check. Thanks for your patience – we appreciate you!

Sales, discounts and all that goodness!

Who doesn't love a sale? Yes, we often have discounts, flash sales and just 'why not?' promos, so sign up to our newsletter and socials to be the first to know.

Looking after your new planner because we know you love her!

A Few Tips for Keeping Your Planner in Tip-Top Shape

Our planners are lovingly handcrafted, so a little wear and tear over time is perfectly natural. That said, a bit of care goes a long way!

Handle with care. Your planner is a trusty companion, not a battle-hardened warrior. Treat it well, and it will return the favour.

Metallic foil will fade with use. It’s not a defect—it’s just how metallic foil likes to age, much like a well-loved book or a vintage leather bag.

Always close spiral-bound planners from front to back. Otherwise, you may find yourself in a tangle (literally).

Travelling? Keep it cosy. The luxury dustbag your planner comes in, will help prevent unexpected scuffs and scrapes.

No heavy lifting, please. Stacking hefty objects on your planner’s spiral is a surefire way to damage it (and possibly wonky).

Avoid damp, heat, and rogue coffee spills. Planners prefer a cool, dry environment—so unless you fancy a tea-stained aesthetic, best keep it away from your morning cup.

Embrace the 'lived-in' look. Over time, your planner will show signs of all the brilliant plans, ideas, and dreams you’ve packed into it. That’s not damage—that’s character.
