What is the availability?
Our 2025 Motherlode Planner Collection is now available to order.
Do you offer discount codes?

The product I want is sold out, when will it restock?
If it says sold out, it is sold out for now. If we re-stock a product, you will be able to pre-order. Sign up to the newsletter to be the first to know when products are restocked.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How will I receive my planner?
We mainly use Royal Mail and provide you with a tracking number. During certain times we may use other major carriers and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.
During peak season, orders can take up to 7 business days to process because we are handling a high volume of orders. These seasons include: Launch Days, Black Friday/ Cyber Monday weekend, Christmas and other sale times.
You can always check the status of your order by clicking the button inside your “Order Confirmation” email. The button says “View My Order.”

Can I change my order?
If we have not shipped it out yet, we will give you a 6-hour window of time after you place your order to make changes.
After this 6-hour window we are unable to make any changes to order details once an order is submitted through our shop.

Can I pick up my order?
We do not currently have options for picking up orders.
If you are local to the NE34 post code, please email hello@cleanslateemporium.com before you order and we may be able to arrange alternative delivery.
My order says "delivered" but it has not arrived.
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, please take the following steps:
1 - Wait 24 hours. Very often delivery carriers/couriers will mark an order as ‘delivered’ prematurely. So please give it 24 hours prior to reaching out.
2 - Was your order delivered to parcel locker? Sometimes the post office will hold your package in a parcel locker inside the postoffice. Double check the tracking details from your email.
3 - Check with neighbours to see if the package was left there. Reach out to your local post office. Share the tracking number with the delivery company.
If after you do that you still can’t find your package, we can definitely help you. Please email us at hello@cleanslateemporium.com and we will be more than happy to send you a replacement if needed.
Refunds and exchanges
For dated products all sales are final due to the dated nature of the product. If something is wrong with your dated planner, you have 30-days to notify us and we will determine a solution based on your problem.
For undated products that are not altered or used, you have 30 days to return or exchange.
For sale items, all sales are final.
Cleanslateemporium.com is not responsible for shipping and shipping costs will be deducted from products.

Bookbound daily vs Spiral weekly
Every planner includes our Motherlode system, with the main distinction being the design. You can choose between spiral-bound or lay-flat bookbound formats, depending on your preference. Our dated planners are released annually, offering a variety of styles to suit your taste.
Paper quality.
We take paper quality seriously because we know it makes a difference. Our goal is to create planners that deliver an exceptional touch-and-feel experience. The interior pages are crafted with 120 gsm paper, offering a smooth writing surface that resists bleed-through. The covers for our annual planners are updated each year—check the latest listings for current designs.
How do I care for my Motherlode Planner?
Here are some general tips to help you care for our planners:
- Handle with care: As handcrafted products, some wear and tear over time is normal. Proper care will extend their life.
- Foil features: Gold or silver foil detailing may naturally fade with use—this is part of the foil's nature.
- Closing your planner: Always close spiral-bound planners by bringing the front cover to the back.
- Travel protection: When on the go, protect your planner by placing it in its dustbag or adding a protective cover.
- Avoid pressure: Don’t stack heavy items on or near the spiral binding.
- Storage advice: Keep your planner in a cool, dry place and protect it from spills or liquid damage, like a tea/coffee mishap.
- Daily planner care: Our large daily planner is a heavyweight! To keep her cover securely attached to the pages, handle it with extra care.
- Signs of love: Over time, your planner may show signs of use—this is a testament to how much you’ve used it. Embrace it; it means you’re making the most of your planning journey!
